The company offers baggage storage, delivery, and consignment services
as well as rental and additional services.

- For over 30-inch luggage,
items not exceeding 120 cm on the longest side
- One-day rental does not mean 24 hours; all items must be claimed on the same day (before closing time).
Storing a 24-inch luggage from May 1 to 3 would incur the cost of KRW 6,000 + 3,000 × 2 = KRW 11,000. - Items exceeding 120 cm on the longest side and items with large size (ski rack, bicycle, baby stroller, etc.) are considered as extra large items and are priced twice as much as the price of large items.
- Baggage storage services do not require a reservation.
- Stored items will automatically be designated for long-term storage on the eighth day.
- To extend the storage period, please notify us through messaging apps or email before the date of pickup (also for short-term storage).
- Live items, illegal drugs, perishables, fragile items, sharp items, and luxury goods are not eligible for storage. Customers may store the items on their own risk.
- Items that are not picked up for more than 30 days will be discarded if the owner does not contact RAON beforehand. The company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the discarding of the item.
- Please make sure to pick up the item before the end of the storage period. Failure to do so will incur a penalty (up to 10 times of the storage fee).

- KRW 20,000 refers to the basic fee for the service. For each additional backpack or box sent with the luggage, customers are charged KRW 10,000. If the backpack or the box is sent on its own, customers are charged the basic fee of KRW 20,000

< RAON → Airport >
- Items stored in RAON before 1:00 p.m. may be picked up on the same day between 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Pickup time must be specified before the item can be delivered to the airport. Please keep in mind that the pickup time is different from the check-in time.
- If the item needs to be picked up between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the item may be stored at RAON before 1:00 p.m. on the previous day. Customers will be charged an additional one-day storage fee for the items stored.
- If there is a need to change the pickup time, please contact the delivery company directly before the pickup time. The contact number of the delivery company will be provided after the registration, along with a map.
- If the storage and pickup dates are different, customers will be charged for the cost of storage.
< Airport → RAON >
- Items stored in the airport before 3:00 p.m. may be picked up on the same day between 5:00 and 9:30 p.m.
- Storage time at the airport must be specified before the item can be delivered to RAON.
Customers must also provide the pickup time at RAON as well. - Reservation is required for this service and must be made at least two days in advance.
- Payments may be made upon picking up the item at RAON.
- If the item is not picked up on the same day, storage fees will be charged starting from the next day.
- If there is a need to change the pickup time, please contact the delivery company directly before the pickup time.
The contact number of the delivery company will be provided after the registration, along with a map.

< RAON → Accommodations >
- Items stored in RAON before 1:00 p.m. may be picked up on the same day between 5:00 and 9:00 p.m.
- Hotel/Guesthouse: We can deliver your items to the front desk if you notify the front desk in advance. The name on the reservation must be identical to the name on the service request.
If the hotel or the guesthouse is unable to verify your name, they have the right to refuse your baggage. - Airbnb and others: If the customer is required to claim the baggage in person, the customer must work out a suitable time with the delivery company. Let us know your preferred time to receive the baggage, and we will confirm the availability before finalizing your reservation.
For customers who prefer to have their baggage left in front of the door, the delivery company will take a photograph of the baggage after delivery.
Please note that RAON is not liable for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered. - We ask you to place the reservation at least a day in advance because we cannot guarantee the availability of the service if the reservation is not placed.
- All items must be sealed.
- This service is only offered to accommodations within Seoul.
- If the delivery and pickup dates are different, customers will be charged for the cost of storage in between.

If you are unable to hand deliver the baggage in person, you may place the item in front of the room and provide the delivery company or RAON with a photograph of the item.
This will allow us to verify the item and have the item sent to RAON.

If you are placing your reservation via email, please make sure to provide us with the time that you will be handing off and picking up the item. - All items must be sealed.

- Baggage ConsignmentFreeFree, only pay for the storage of the package
- Consignment service allows you to send us your packages for safekeeping until you pick it up in person.
- Consignment service is offered free of charge.
You only need to pay for the storage of the package. (Storage fees will be levied depending on the size and number of items, starting from the day of delivery.) - Consignment services require a reservation.
- When sending your item, please make sure to keep the name on the reservation identical to the name of the recipient.
If we are unable to verify the sender’s identity, the item may be refused for safekeeping. - The address is as follows:

- We offer a variety of postcards and international stamps, allowing you to send the mail right away in our store.
- International postcards may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination.
“RAON” is not a post office. All mails are hand-delivered to the post office by our staff member every evening. Delivery of the postcard is handled by the post office and because the nature of the service, the post office does not provide tracking services for postcards. - If the postcard exceeds the dimensions required by the post office, the post office may refuse to deliver the postcard. (Regular dimensions: 10.5 cm × 14.8 cm (±0.5 cm))
- Letters in an envelope have different prices based on their destination and weight, and thus must be sent through the post office. As such, RAON is unable to handle them.

Please check with the service provider before using it. - If you open the vinyl or plastic part of the product, no refund will be given.
However, if a problem such as a trouble occurs, we will exchange or refund.
